HOME CARE PACKAGE CLIENTS

If you have a Home Care Package, you can speak with your Case Manager or Support Coordinator and nominate Melbourne Dizziness and Balance Clinic as a service provider.

TAC CLIENTS

You will need to provide your claim number and support coordinator details to ensure that our service is appropriate for you and that required approvals are in place prior to your initial consultation.

NDIS CLIENTS

We accept Plan Managed or Self Managed NDIS clients.

WORK COVER

MEDICARE CLIENTS

We accept Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan as determined by your GP. With this plan you are eligible for up to 5 rebates per calendar year that can be used towards physiotherapy.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE CLIENTS

We accept all major health funds.

SELF FUNDED CLIENTS

We accept fully self funded clients.
